The pen has a Line width of 0.70 mm, but the replacement ink cartridges are only 0.50 mm? I cannot find 0.70 refills anywhere.

Had a same experience. I tried the 0.50mm and is also ok, bur i wanted 0.70mm and additionally just bought couple more pens with it.
