The reference is not an online shop where the information is usually wrong anyway, but the manufacturer: https://store.canon.ch/canon-rc-6-kabelloser-fernausloeser/4524B001/ Compatibility EOS 5DS / 5DS R EOS 30D EOS M10 EOS 40D EOS 600D EOS 7D EOS 450D EOS 50D EOS 550D EOS 5D Mark III EOS 90D EOS D30 EOS M5 EOS 10D EOS 400D EOS 500D EOS 6D EOS 700D EOS 77D EOS 80D EOS 20D EOS 750D /760D EOS D60 EOS M3 EOS 100D EOS 300D EOS 5D Mark IV EOS 650D EOS 800D EOS M/ EOS M2 EOS 350D EOS 60D EOS 60Da EOS 6D Mark II EOS 7D II EOS 5D Mark II EOS 70D EOS M6 EOS M5
Yes, the older versions like the RC5 would also work. Note, however, that it is an infrared connection that requires a line of sight. That's why the RC-5 is lying around unused at my place, because I bought a remote release via radio after all. Not the original Canon one - that was too expensive for me - a Phottix, which can do much more than this part for not much more money. But if you only want to trigger the camera on the tripod without touching it and you are standing right next to it/ in front of it, that would be OK.
The RC-6 is a pure infrared remote control and is compatible with the 77D. A wireless remote control would be the BR-E1. Alternatively, you can use the Canon Camera Connect app via smartphone.
Since the 60Da is officially supported and my 600D worked back then, yes, pretty sure.
Ciao, unfortunately I can't answer, I don't have the EOS 1300D. Kind regards William
The remote release is guaranteed compatible with the Canon Eos 80D, the 40D is not listed as "guaranteed compatible" in the Canon store and will not work as far as I know.
Yes, this remote release is compatible with the Canon EOS 77D.
Yes, this one also works with the EOS 800D.
Yes, the remote release is compatible with the 600D.
Works, I also have the 6D Mark 11
According to Canon's compatibility list, the Canon EOS 5D is unfortunately no longer included (if you mean the oldest version from 2005).
I've had the remote trigger for about a year now and the battery still lasts. However, it is not used much. The battery is included.
On the B (Bulb) setting, yes. Otherwise as long as the time is set.
Yes, that works.
Exactly :)
The 600D has an IR sensor... so yes.
Hallo. Ja, ist er siehe hier: http://de.canon.ch/support/consumer_products/content/faq/?itemid=tcm:88-1251281
Yes, it only works from the front because the receiver is in the front.
According to the compatibility list, this could work. But since I shoot with the 7d, I have no experience. The Canon homepage would certainly provide information.
The shutter works perfectly with the EOS 650D! I don't know the 670D, but it should also work if there is an infrared receiver (on the 650D at the front of the handle).
Yes, this is also compatible with the EOS 200D.
No. The infrared remote control works up to a distance of 5 metres according to the manufacturer and is compatible with the following products: EOS 5D Mark II EOS 7D EOS Digital Rebel EOS Digital Rebel XT EOS Digital Rebel XT (Black) EOS Digital Rebel XT EF-S 17-85mm Lens Kit (Black) EOS Digital Rebel XT EF-S 18-55mm Kit EOS Digital Rebel XT EF-S 18-55mm Kit (Silver) EOS Digital Rebel XTi EOS Digital Rebel XTi Kit (Silver) EOS Digital Rebel XTi EF-S 18-55mm Kit EOS Digital Rebel XTi EF-S 18-55mm Kit (Silver) EOS ELAN 7/7E EOS Elan 7N EF 28-105mm Kit EOS ELAN 7NE EOS Elan 7NE EF 28-105mm Kit EOS Elan II/IIE EOS Elan IIE ELPH 370Z ELPH Jr. ELPH Sport ELPH Z3 EOS Rebel T1i EOS Rebel T1i EF-S 18-55mm IS Kit EOS Rebel T2 EOS Rebel T2 Date Body EOS Rebel T2 EF 28-90mm III Kit EOS Rebel T2i EOS Rebel T2i EF-S 18-55mm IS Kit EOS Rebel Ti EOS Rebel XSi EOS Rebel XSi EF-S 18-55mm IS Kit EOS Rebel XSi EF-S 18-55mm IS Kit (Silver) EOS Rebel XSi Kit (Silver) Limited Edition Digital Rebel Limited Edition Digital Rebel EF-S 18-55mm Kit Sure Shot 130u Sure Shot 130u II Sure Shot Z115 Sure Shot Z135 Sure Shot Z155 Sure Shot Z180u Sure Shot Z180u Kit Sure Shot Z90W
