Your best option for you would be a small an cheap mirrorless camera, like the a6400 or the a6100 and using its interval mode in combination with electronic shutter. this yields superior images. you would only need a way to power it (dummy battery), mount it (platypod with a tripod head), and Protect it from the elements.

Hello Nils. I have had the camera for a few weeks and have found that the power supply also works with a USB power supply and suitable cable. Therefore, a power bank or battery pack will certainly also work. But I would put two AA batteries in the camera, the external power supply is used first. Attention: Powerbanks sometimes switch off because they draw very little current.

Actually, everything you see in the picture. You only need batteries. It depends on how long you want to take your pictures. I think the camera needs 2 (maximum 4) and in the housing there is a battery pack that needs 16 batteries if you want to connect it to the camera. So you don't really need any accessories, unless you want to attach the camera in a special way. LG Sven
