Hi JayJay I also thought about it for a long time and then bought it at a special offer for 397 CHF. My first tip if it's a Christmas present: wait for Black Week/Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc., when it might be cheaper. You might find it cheaper there. About me: I am m, normal fair skin type, dark and strong hair. I knew I wasn't the perfect type for the device, as my hair is certainly a bit thick and I want to remove hair in places that aren't officially supported by the device. Still, I used it a few times (8/17, 8/18, 8/30, 9/13, 10/19, 11/6). As you can see, but not very regularly. I remove hair on the chest (hardly any), stomach area (a little), between the stomach and crown jewels (lots and thick hair) and under the armpit (a little). Where I already think I see an effect is under the armpits. I think there is already less hair there and it is growing thinner. I don't see any differences in the other areas yet. This may be due to the thickness of the hair, but also to my irregular use. The use is simple. You shave the hair away and drive over it. However, I usually don't go over, but "dab", i.e. I put on, flash and then put the device back on a few centimetres further. There's a simple reason for this: over time you sweat from the heat and the unit doesn't glide as easily. It also gives me better control that I've got all the spots. Because when you are driving, the device flashes more often (if you keep the button pressed), but you have to drive at the right speed so that you catch a flash at every spot. If a shaved hair or a hair that has stood still is flashed, then it can sometimes stink a little. Some small pieces of hair from shaving also get caught in the front mirror of the device and then burn in. But I don't think that's bad. It just looks unsightly. I haven't burnt myself yet and I haven't had any pain. However, it does pinch here and there - depending on the spot. It can also be on dark moles. On some days I went over a spot two or three times. The second time I couldn't wait and flashed again the day after. I had no problems. But of course, that's not recommended. Depending on the area you want to treat, there are additional attachments that you should consider when buying. I always use the widest one so that I can move faster. All in all, I'm now through after about 15 - 20 minutes on the areas described. Ciao D a r t h

So it has a wider one and a narrower one. But I don't know which is the standard one. In any case, it works perfectly. Depending on the position, the smaller one is better.
