Has only one USB interface, so only PC works (SW is only available for Win)

The cuff is included!
Unfortunately, no. However, you can certainly obtain this from the general importer http://www.rotel-haushaltsgeraete.ch/kundendienst/kundendienst.aspx.
At Galaxus there is a Beurer XL cuff with a circumference of 30-42cm.
