Does anyone who has bought this device have the problem below? I have had this happen twice now with this appliance and both with Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/ASUS/comments/vik8lr/just_bought_the_new_2022_zenbook_flip_15_from/ as well as on Amazon: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/product-reviews/B0B9XLVVZH/ref=cm_cr_unknown?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=three_star&reviewerType=all_reviews&pageNumber=1#reviews-filter-bar 2 people also have the problem with the touchscreen twice. The touchscreen does not react correctly on the left side/left edge, even in the BIOS. So a software error is unlikely according to ASUS support. I touch the touchscreen on the left side with one finger and the computer thinks that I am interacting with two fingers, or sometimes it even makes independent touch inputs (ghost/phantom touch) on the left side. In other places, i.e. more in the centre or on the right, there are no problems. Even when turning the touchscreen, the position of the error does not change, it stays in place. At worst, this is even a serial fault.

I am actually an Apple user and want to buy my daughter a Mac Book Air 15'' for school, but the school prefers Windows computers with a pen ..... Is this notebook suitable for school and of similar quality as a Mac Book Air; or would you suggest another device (with pen and touch screen, up to approx. 1800 CHF, 15 inch screen)? I see that this is a 12th generation Intel and currently Intel is already delivering the 13th generation of CPUs; is it worth waiting for the new CPU generation and how long could it take?

I saw that the "same Zenbook" is available here for a little less money. Can someone explain to me why this one is more expensive?

As far as I know, the models differ mainly in the integrated graphics. The cheaper model only has Intel Iris Xe Graphics and the more expensive one has Intel ARC Graphics. The performance difference can be found on the net. Greetings

It says keyboard layout Switzerland. But I can see from the pictures that it is probably an English keyboard. I already need a "Swiss keyboard". Can anyone here recommend a good Asus Zenbook with 16 GB RAM, touchscreen and 2.8k up to 2000 CHF?

Pictures do not have to match the product 100%. If the manufacturer cannot provide an exactly matching photo, Digitec simply uses the next best one (e.g. one with a wrong keyboard).
