I have also cancelled and will delete my account and put galaxus on my blacklist the telephone support also has 0.0 idea I still have an order with right of return that I will now also return only sells what you also have and not expected
Due to high demand, earlier delivery is regrettably not possible.
PS: I have now cancelled the order.
Same here! Ordered on 9.9. at 14:10 - current delivery date 03.11. - is getting further back every day. Ordered from Apple yesterday Expected delivery date 30.10. - 8.11. If this arrives from Apple before digitec, Digitec is officially history for me. It simply can't be, I suspect that the entire management simply said they needed one and that they would give us customers priority.
Unfortunately, we have to state our delivery dates in the webshop without guarantee. Especially for those products that are not available from our own central warehouse and/or are shipped directly by suppliers, we are heavily dependent on the information provided by our many national and international suppliers. They have the possibility to update delivery dates independently, so that the information given is always up to date without any loss of time. This means that it can change quickly at short notice and also individually for articles that are in demand.
We regret the inconvenience caused by this pre-sale. Unfortunately, the supplier was unable to meet the deadline. Situations like this are the reason why we have to state the delivery dates in the shop without guarantee. We understand the displeasure, as well as the disappointment.
I now also have the end of October, unbelievable! Ordered within the first minutes... Digitec doesn't seem to care, because there was no reaction or communication until now... : (
All delivery details are given and updated directly by the supplier. All information is without guarantee.
Thank you very much for the fair feedback. Unfortunately, we still do not have continuous availability for this item, but we hope to change this in the near future.
Then Digitec probably didn't get enough devices... Maybe it will change back or you will actually get it on 1.10. because you ordered early. The demand for new iPhones is always very high - the chip crisis has not helped. I've been waiting half a year for certain products... they don't even have a chip in them ;-)
Hello, forget this date. It was the same for me and suddenly it was sent unexpectedly.
Hello Sbdix I ordered my device in the middle of September...at that time the delivery date was 3-4 weeks. Shortly after ordering, the delivery date was pushed back by 1 day every day and this went on for 3 weeks. I got the device shortly before December, so over 1 month later than stated. I understand you too well. The date is simply given across the board so that people order from you. I also find this weak from Digitec and a customer rip-off. From one day to the next it said delivery on the next day...while a day before it was supposed to be 17 December. Tip Don't cancel but wait, it can suddenly happen quickly - no one knows in this chaos.
The expected delivery dates are given without guarantee, as unfortunately there can always be delays in delivery.
Fust offers immediate delivery
And where exactly do you find this option?
We work with daily prices, which can be influenced by various factors such as purchasing conditions, stock levels and supply and demand. It is therefore possible that different colour variations are offered at different prices.
Yes!
Hello Mattia I bought the same model here. You can just call Apple Support or bring it by. You don't need a bill for that. My devices work without any problems. :)
iPhone, charging cable and a bitten apple as a sticker, that's it! sticker, that's it! No power supply, no headphones.
As far as I know, there is no SIM lock. As long as you don't give it away to China (where mobiles are regulated differently and Apple offers a special version), the whole thing should basically work. However, different countries have different radio frequencies (5G, WLAN etc). And the warranty, etc., probably also goes down the drain. Personally, I wouldn't risk that with such an expensive device.
Yes, is in original packaging
I bought the device in December 22 and use a German SIM card. I don't think it matters which card from which country goes into it. See you at
Hello Chevere. Bought one and am very pleased. Quasi new condition. Greetings Bruno
