The powerbank cannot be charged via the USB-C port, nor can I charge my Google Pixel via it (only USB-C does not work, USB-A and Micro-USB work). Is anyone else aware of this problem? This is already the second powerbank of the same model; the same problem with both...

With a "standardised" USB-C to USB-C charging cable, I can charge all my phones that also have a USB-C port. Just tested with the ICY IB-CB031 cable. Charged from 74% to 80% via USB-C to USB-C. Topic charging the powerbank. So far I have only charged via the Micro-USB port. Both my USB-C Quick Charge charger from Xiaomi and Motorola also charge the powerbank via USB-C. Unfortunately, I cannot understand the problem described.

I think something may be wrong: the white version says "USB-A (2x), USB-C (1x), Micro USB (1x)" but the black one only says "USB-A (2x), USB-C (1x)". Can that be the case?

Normally, power banks do not have a power supply included. It is assumed that you can charge it with your mobile phone power adapter.
