Once you have laminated your PEI film onto your glass, simply realign your 3D print bed and start additive manufacturing right away. Your components should detach from the surface easily and almost without problems after 3D printing. Generally, PLA does not require a heated build platform; however, a heated print bed – at least 45 °C – optimizes your 3D printing results. After the process is complete, simply let the platform cool down. Then you can gently "pop" your model off the plate.

Before each 3D print, wipe your PEI surface with 70-91% isopropyl alcohol. This ensures that you remove any grease or other residues that may have accumulated on the surface. This will significantly enhance your surface adhesion. Tip: Use acetone.
