The AV/S-Video to HDMI converter allows for seamless conversion of an old CVBS/S-Video source into a digital HDMI output. Input: RCA Composite (AV/CVBS) S-Video Video, R/L Audio; Output: HDMI.

This HDMI converter features a built-in scaler that lets you set the output signal to a resolution (720p/1080p) compatible with your HDMI-capable display. (Specifically: Scales composite video or S-Video resolution to HDMI 720p/1080p).

It uses Motion Compensated 3D Wavelet video encoding to make the converted image more vibrant and colorful, and supports NTSC and PAL, which are automatically detected and adjusted - input video systems. HDMI transmission rate: 5 Gbps; channel bandwidth: 165 MHz/1.65 Gbps per channel (4.95 Gbps total for all channels).

This RCA to HDMI converter includes a 3.5mm audio output, ideal for splitting the audio from an HDMI device to headphones or a speaker system. Plug & Play with no drivers required; flexible and portable.
