Pioneer DJ S-Dj50x

The speaker, also available as S-DJ50X-W in white, offers excellent sound quality, powerful and clean bass, three different inputs, and integrated tone control for DJs who value faithful sound reproduction. The S-DJ50X is sold separately.

To ensure maximum audio performance, rich bass, and the lowest possible resonance, the cabinet and bass reflex path are made of high-strength MDF. Aramid fibre woofers and soft dome tweeters ensure good sound.

Groove technology optimizes the bass reflex airflow, as the bass reflex path features grooves that gently direct the sound waves. This technology reduces standing waves at the bass reflex port, resulting in softer and more powerful bass and mids.

The convex diffuser matches the direction of the woofer, with the tweeter located in the center of the diffuser, optimizing sound output and spreading sound more widely. The blue area below shows the normal sound distribution, while the orange area illustrates the improved sound distribution with the diffuser. When the speaker is turned on, the diffuser glows in a cool white.

Class AB bi-amp technology drives the woofers and tweeters separately using a highly efficient Class AB amplifier in a bi-amp configuration.

Tone control allows for fine-tuning of the sound image, with a control on the back of the speakers to adjust the high-pass filter in the range from -2 dB to +1 dB.

The S-DJ50X features three different inputs (XLR, TRS, and RCA) for easy connection to a wide variety of DJ mixers, decks, computers, mobile devices, and more. For added convenience and energy savings, Auto Standby mode shuts off the speaker if there is no input signal for more than 25 minutes. As soon as a signal is present again, the loudspeaker automatically switches on.
