The original The Neck Hammock

The Neck Hammock is a simple, portable device - a small hammock to support your head and neck - that gives you quick relief from everyday neck pain.

Using a patented combination of resistance bands and gravity, the Neck Hammock triggers optimal cervical spine extension (also known as cervical traction). This relaxes and stretches the muscles and ligaments along the spinal cord. The stretching also expands the previously compressed intervertebral spaces and thus enables better blood circulation and supply of nutrients. Thanks to the improved circulation, muscles, nerves, tendons and ligaments are supplied with more oxygen. This in turn alleviates headaches and neck pain and improves mobility.
