Product details
The MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING X TRIO is one of nVidia's flagship gaming graphics cards. The TU102-300 graphics chip of the RTX 2080 Ti, manufactured using a 12nm FinFET process, is based on the Turing architecture and, alongside the GDDR6 graphics memory, is responsible for the performance boost over the 10-series. The supported ray tracing technology enables particularly realistic lighting and shadow effects, which is the reason for the name change to GeForce RTX.
The MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING X TRIO has a base clock of 1,350 MHz in gaming mode. In cases of particularly high load, the graphics chip automatically increases the clock rate via GPU Boost 3.0 to up to 1,755 MHz boost clock. The graphics card can also switch to OC mode via software, which raises the base clock to TBA MHz and the boost clock to TBA MHz. The exceptionally fast GDDR6 video memory operates at 7,000 MHz (effectively 14,000 MHz), while the 11 GB VRAM capacity makes immersion in virtual reality and gaming at 4K resolution a special experience. A triple-fan design is used for cooling.
