The KBG Select is the successor model to the KBG741, which has had the same iconic design since 1974. The KBG Select is ECBC approved for both 10 and 6 cups of filter coffee. Thanks to the Select switch, you'll always have delicious coffee. You can turn on the half-cup button to slow down the brewing time and get a full-bodied coffee, even with just a few cups. This makes the Moccamaster KBG Select the perfect coffee maker to enjoy whole pots as well as just a few cups of coffee.

Who needs an integrated grinder when the Moccamaster with its 9-hole spout and high-quality retro design delivers excellent coffee into the pot? The equipment may be a little sparse, but the machine is extremely easy to operate and requires little space and electricity.
The Moccamaster not only looks extraordinary and is first-class, but also offers excellent coffee enjoyment according to European standards in just a few minutes. And all this at the touch of a button and with low power consumption.

Not much can be set here: You can only choose whether the model should brew a full (V: 1,250ml) or a half pot (V: 625ml). Nevertheless, the model was able to impress in the test with a "very good" temperature (tØ: 82.0°C), a "very good" duration of the brewing process (TØ: 6:29 min) and a "very good" keeping warm (tØ after 0:30h: 79.6 °C).
