Maverick Ion Xb 1/18 Electric Buggy

The iON XB can be equipped with spare parts from the existing iON line. Additionally, the new Maverick iON model series is outfitted with improved electronic components. The Maverick iON vehicles feature the following new elements: Maverick Element 1200mAh Ni-Mh battery, MTX-248 2.4GHz remote control system, and a waterproof 2-in-1 MSRS-248 speed controller/receiver. The motor used in the Maverick iON XB is a reliable MM-28 motor in 370 size. It is mounted to an aluminum motor mount for perfect efficiency and optimal heat dissipation, making it extremely durable. The 4WD drive system is fully ball-bearing equipped, and the plastic gear cover protects the drivetrain from dirt and small stones. The bevel gear differentials on the front and rear axles transfer the motor's power through robust drive shafts to the grippy rubber tires on all four axles. The Maverick iON XB comes with a complete set of oil-filled shock absorbers with gold caps. These gold caps give the vehicle a particularly elegant look and are very stylish and cool. The suspension is also very robust, designed in a proven double wishbone version with stable C-hubs on the front axle and extra hard wheel carriers on the rear axle. The powerful MS-28 servo precisely transmits steering commands to the dual-arm steering, which is perfectly protected from hard impacts by the integrated servo saver. The appearance of every Maverick iON XB is rounded off by a detailed, fully painted, and stickered body. The body not only looks incredibly good, but it also provides additional protection for the chassis components.
