The universally adjustable remote control not only allows for the operation of the set-top box but also other household electrical devices. For convenient use of the G254/255, it is possible to connect a wireless keyboard and mouse via the USB port.

The MAG254/255 set-top box can be connected to the latest television via an HDMI port as well as to an older television using an RCA cable. This allows television owners of any generation to use the set-top box.
