The HIMA banding machines are completely manufactured by the South German company Hinderer Maschinenbau at their facility in Germany and have been successfully on the market for over 25 years. Thanks to their solid and mature technology, HIMA banding machines operate reliably for many years without issues.

The bands are sealed using a hot sealing process. This offers the advantage over ultrasonic technology devices that the more economical, single-sided coated banding paper can be used. The hot sealing process is also simpler in design and less prone to malfunctions, which is another reason for the proverbial reliability of HIMA banding machines, even in professional continuous use.
