FiiO BTR13

The FiiO BTR13 impresses as a compact DAC and headphone amplifier with Bluetooth and an impressive range of features. Despite its lightweight of just 28.6 grams, the device offers high performance. The two high-quality Cirrus Logic CS43131 DACs in fully balanced configuration and the remarkable output power of 220 mW ensure that the BTR13 can be easily used with a variety of headphones.

The BTR13 stands out particularly due to its versatile applications. It can be used in Bluetooth, PC, or Phone mode, with switching between the different modes conveniently done via a switch. In Bluetooth mode, the BTR13 supports advanced codecs such as LDAC, AAC, aptX HD, and aptX Adaptive, which provide excellent wireless audio transmission.

Power is supplied by the internal battery, and the BTR13 can also be charged simultaneously via the USB-C port if needed. In wired PC mode, the BTR13 draws power from the PC or Mac while charging the internal battery. In wired smartphone mode, power is supplied by the internal battery of the BTR13, ensuring that the smartphone's battery does not drain.

Notably, the integrated 0.96-inch color display allows for intuitive control of all functions. For audiophile users, the BTR13 also features a parametric equalizer (PEQ) that can be individually adjusted via the FiiO Control App, enabling optimal sound tuning to personal preferences and creating a unique listening experience.

The BTR13 excels in user-friendliness and flexibility. It has both a 3.5 mm and a 4.4 mm headphone output, making it compatible with a wide range of headphones. With a battery life of around eight hours, it guarantees reliable usage.
