Shorter and lighter, the Revo Hemera XS is 92g lighter and 11mm shorter than the classic Hemera. A custom stepper motor allows it to move faster on your 3D printer’s motion system with less inertia than the classic Hemera, reducing print artifacts such as ghosting. Its compact size also means it occupies less space inside your 3D printer’s build volume, making it useful for smaller 3D printers.

It is compatible with a wide range of 3D printing filaments, providing excellent performance with all materials, particularly challenging ones like flexibles and abrasives. Enhanced extrusion and retraction control enable you to 3D print soft flexibles with a shore hardness as low as 75A.

The heatsink geometry for the Revo Hemera XS accepts Revo Nozzles as well as V6 nozzles with a Hemera HeatBreak (sold separately). The Revo Hemera XS has all the extrusion force needed to drive the entire E3D ecosystem, including high flow HotEnds like SuperVolcano and high flow Revo Nozzles (coming soon).

In the event of a jam, the filament drive mechanism for the Revo Hemera XS will stall instead of stripping filament, making it easier to recover and continue 3D printing. A variety of Revo Nozzles enhance the capabilities of your 3D printer without complicated nozzle changing processes, as every Revo Nozzle can be changed by hand without tools or hot tightening.

Power reduces to the Revo HeaterCore as it gets hotter, thanks to built-in PTC behavior, providing greater protection against hazards caused by thermal runaways. The custom mounting system allows a range of accessories to be mounted on this extrusion system, such as bed leveling probes, expansion boards, and more.

Everything you need to start 3D printing is in the box, including Revo Nozzles and a Revo HeaterCore. Just mount it to your 3D printer and you’re ready to go!.
