Active, fully analogue two-way near-field monitor with 8" neodymium magnet woofer and 1.1" soft-dome neodymium tweeter. This mid-range near-field monitor delivers the world-famous clarity and transparency that Dynaudio stands for. The technical foundation features the latest neodymium driver technology from Dynaudio Professional.

With built-in placement and subwoofer matching filters, the BM12A can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of work environments such as OB vans, project studios, and post-production facilities.

Handmade neodymium drivers include 8" neodymium woofers with a Kapton voice coil, and a 1.1" fabric tweeter with a neodymium, pure aluminium voice coil. It also has integrated positioning filters (bass/mid/high-range - shelving/notch filters), a high-pass filter at 60/80 Hz for matching to subwoofers, a balanced analogue XLR input, and an amplifier with 50 watt tweeter and 100 watt woofer. Additional features include an input sensitivity switch (-10/+4 dB), a clipping indicator LED, and an amplifier thermal protection circuit.
