Dreambox Dm 520 HD

The Dreambox returns with the compact DM520, setting new standards with its modern design and top-level technical features.

A state-of-the-art Broadcom chipset (BCM 73625) ensures fast channel switching and smooth navigation. The DM520 comes with the popular RCU10 multi-remote control for Dreamboxes and playback devices like TVs or Blu-ray players. While compact boxes typically have 256 MB of flash memory, the DM520 boasts 512 MB—ample storage for innovative IP services, with several apps already in the pipeline. Additionally, the DM520 supports the Sat>IP standard. The Dreambox can be connected to the internet via the rear Ethernet port or optionally through Wi-Fi.

The futuristic design of the DM520, featuring a colored status LED display, embodies the innovative spirit for which Dreamboxes are known worldwide. The front includes a lit touch on/off sensor, while the back features two USB ports, allowing users to restore the Dreambox themselves in case of flash crashes without needing to send it in for repairs.
