In order for the DMX signals to report back to the control panel "I'll be back," the last device in the DMX universe must inform them that this is the final stop and that they have reached the last device in the chain. Thus, it signals "I’m the last one" and sends the DMX signals back along the serial line towards the control unit. The role of the terminator is reliably taken on by the robust Bemero DMX termination resistor with 110 Ohms. DMX stands for Digital Multiplex and refers to the standardized protocol in lighting technology for transmitting digital control data between the control unit (e.g., lighting console) and the output device (e.g., spotlight or fog machine). DMX control signals are digital bit signals transmitted serially via an RS485 interface. A single DMX line can send a maximum of 512 channels. Bemero provides you with a selected portfolio of accessories for studio and stage that are essential for the realization of your projects. So go ahead and make your next big thing. Bring your project to life, and Bemero will support you with the necessary little helpers, including this terminator.
