Reviews & Ratings
- Very good hardware
- Functions and operation
- expensive
The Paperwhite Signature Edition is very well made, looks classy thanks to the flush display, fits well in the hand and is waterproof. At 6.8 inches diagonal, the display seems almost paperback-sized. Unlike the other Kindles, the Signature Edition has 32 instead of 8 GB of memory...
- Sharp display with colour regulation
- Top battery life with wireless charging
- Super performance and large memory
- Good price-performance ratio
- Dependence on the Amazon shop
- No haptic buttons
... In our test, the Tolino Vision 6 comes out on top because it is technically on a par with the Kindle Paperwhite, but goes a step further with its access to EPUBs and the Onleihe. If you are not interested in Onleihe, are an Audible customer and always buy your books from Amazon, you will be happy with the Signature Edition...
Is almost identical to the Kindle Paperwhite 2021, but has 32 instead of 8 gigabytes of memory. Can be charged wirelessly via Qi-compatible chargers. The screen brightness automatically adjusts to the ambient light.
- Top touchscreen with good illumination
- good search
- Much memory
- Only interesting for Amazon customers
- Memory not expandable
The Kindle Paperwhite Signature has everything you would expect from a good reader. Its screen is top-notch, as is its range of functions. But there's no choice in the shop, customers have to rely on the Amazon universe. At least book shopping is easy.
