1:72 Dt. BF-110 C-3/C-4 Destroyer

Along with the Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter and the Junkers Ju-87 Stuka dive bomber, the Messerschmitt Bf 110 destroyer is considered one of the symbols of the Luftwaffe during the Second World War. Messerschmitt's heavy multi-role twin-engine fighter was in fact widely used by the German Luftwaffe during the war and was utilised in its various versions for different operational roles: Interceptor, fighter-bomber, reconnaissance, anti-ship aircraft and night fighter. Its two Daimler-Benz DB 601 engines, capable of delivering 1200 hp, enabled the heavy fighter to reach a top speed of 560 km/h. The C and D versions were widely used on all fronts right from the start. Heavily armed with two 20 mm cannons, four 7.92 mm machine guns and a rear machine gun for self-defence, it could carry bombs or additional tanks under its wings to increase its operational range.
