Excellent electric blanket. Essential in the Swiss winters!!
Lovely and warm or super toasty. It does it all.
It's not mega fast to heat up but if you turn it on 30 mins before bedtime, it's fine.
I like that it has 4 heat settings (separate controls for each side) and it will drop the heat by 2 clicks after a couple of hours. This is nice when you want o toasty when you go to bed but then cooler while you sleep.
Pro
- nice and thin/soft
- fluffy top is nice under the sheet
- controls are simple and intuitive
- reliable
- gets plenty hot enough for my wife!
- consumes very little electricity
Contra
- no true timer (but shuts down after 12 hours if you forget to turn it off)
- not quite wide enough for our bed but is true to the measurements
- the hard cable attachment can be felt underneath you sometimes
