Good with annoying flaws
Until now I had an amplifier from ONKYO which did its job in the last years without any problems. Now I wanted to treat myself to something new and current. The amp looks really good. The sound is also great. Not quite as much bass as the Onkyo delivers but nice and precise. Unfortunately, I had in the beginning again and again problems with the sound over HDMI. Often this did not work and you had to turn the amplifier off and on again. With the new firmware update 1.26 this problem seems to be solved. All in all quite satisfied with it

Beta product with good sound
Would be a good device, but only tolerates the best HDMI cables, sound drops out, picture drops out, many features are only to be upgraded via firmware. The latest firmware 1.31 has exacerbated the problems instead of solving. Good for people who like to frequently turn off all devices and turn them back on again in the hope that the current problem will go away (works most of the time). I recommend waiting a few months for the product to mature.
