I chose the Teufels System THX because of the lack of space, as it is a "narrow" subwoofer instead of cube-shaped. So it just fits into the available free space.
The THX can be switched on/off.
I added 2 Onkyo Atmos to the speaker system (soon to be replaced by two Teufel) to get (with a Denon receiver) fantastic 7.1 DTS /PLuS/ X. / atmos sound and it fills the room perfectly.
Starships / laser swords in "Star Wars" is breathtaking, as is the "Sound of Music" musical in 7.1 DTS-HD in the church scene when the organ music plays: you are right in the middle of it.
Even a TV series with 5.1 sound like Desperate Housewives sounds fantastic.
Installation was easy. The speakers are not 100% in the right place due to lack of space, but the sound is still excellent.
Conclusion: the speaker set with THX certification is exactly perfect for my room/needs.

This review was created for a different variant: System 4 THX (Set, 250 W)
This set was chosen because of the "narrow" subwoofer (due to limited space) and therefore fits perfectly where it is now. The speakers as well as the subwoofer produce a great volume, and it rumbles tremendously with movies like the Avengers movies, Avatar, or also with the spaceship scenes of E.T. in 5.1 or with two additional speakers in 7.1.
Connecting the cables to the DENON AVR was also very easy.
The THX was another reason for the choice.
The sound is excellent and individual sound effects do very well.
