Poly Voyager 6200 UC

I have now tried the headset twice because I complained about my first headset because I thought it was broken. But it seems that the NC simply doesn't work. I can hear almost more of my surroundings in the NC than without it, or rather it makes no difference. The next huge problem is that the noise reduction of the microphone doesn't work. I'm the only one in the company where people complain because it's always so "loud" with me. My previous headset (also from Poly) did a much better job.
But what makes the headset completely unusable is the battery warning. When the headset issues this, I have about 10 seconds. Then the headset is off. This is extremely annoying when you're in an online meeting and especially when you're speaking.
I am very disappointed and, as I said, had the same experience twice with the same product.

Actually good to very good headphones. We have a few in use. Very good in production, the noise is largely suppressed by the microphone. In the office, however, not so great, all the voices of the neighbours around also get into one's own conversation. Therefore only conditionally recommended here.

When it runs I was very satisfied. But I would like to exchange it now.
Constantly disconnects the media connection with APTX audio. so that you hear again what you have to reconnect. Microphone not on the headset but always connected to the phone. already replaced and firmware update made. unfortunately unsuccessful.
Tried with Huawei p20, Sony Xperia 2, Ausu Rogphone 5. with all the same error.
