Bad hardware, like sony's rx100 line and many others compacts 1", HARDWARE QUALITY IS CHEAP AND BAD FOR A V(ERY) HIGH PRICE which IS NOT AT ALL JUSTIFIED...(for such a high price a minimum tropicalisation should be included...but it's not...)...It's a shame beacause normally image quality is very good and even close to DSRL....
My advise: unless prices for such 1" go down...keep money for a decent hardware...

Poor sharpness, especially in the telephoto range. It is advertised with the large 1" sensor, but unfortunately you notice nothing in the overall quality of the images.
Only conditionally outdoor suitable, sensitive to dust and lint, penetrate into the lens. After only 6 months, the lens regularly jams when retracting.
Had so far Fuji cameras, which are worlds better. Have unfortunately listened too strongly to the (exaggerated) good reviews of the technical literature.

I have studied the original data sheet and technical articles beforehand.
The most versatile of the compact travel cameras

Only newly purchased; so no long-term experience with this model. But is now already the 3rd Lumix (compact camera) and so far I have been very satisfied with all models.
