A catastrophe.
I thought I would save time by buying a small printer for the house. In fact it's the opposite. We have to reinstall it every time we use it. The ink cartridges are "empty" without even using them. Printing an occasional page is a real ordeal that takes a good 15 minutes and a lot of paper waste before arriving (or not) at the desired result. In short. Worst purchase in a long time.

My printer that I have just received does not print, I want to buy a new printer 🖨 tell us how I make the return and I will also reimburse you.
Unsatisfactory print quality
Had streaks and smears in the print from the start. Even cleaning the print heads several times using the HP Smart Tool and new cartridges didn't help. Only when you set the print quality to optimum is it more or less ok.
