I have wanted to buy a robot hoover with a wiping function and suction station for a very long time. But I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much money - especially when I already have a hoover + mop at home. Time saving and comfort aside... Some of the top-selling models cost over CHF 1,000 and that was just too much for me personally.
The Dreame D10 Plus was a good compromise in terms of price and despite the partly negative reviews of the mop, I treated myself to it!
We have been using the robot since yesterday and I am simply thrilled. There are two of us, no pets or children and we live in a 3.5 room flat of just under 80m2. The bedroom and study have laminate flooring and the rest of the flat has light-coloured stone flooring. The Dreame comes with a lot of packaging material - but setting it up and installing it was really extremely easy and went super fast. The Dreame app is easy to use. You can easily customise, split, merge and name the rooms you've captured. You can draw in prohibited zones and/or order individual rooms to be cleaned.
About the suction performance: we are super satisfied, sure it's not 100% but you really can't complain. The robot is quiet and does its job quickly and reliably. We have a lot of plants, decorative objects and small items standing around, but so far nothing has been knocked over and the robot hasn't got caught either. What I find particularly great is that the robot fits under the sofa and gets into places where I had trouble with the regular hoover.
About the mop: yes, it is more of a pull behind and not really a "wet pick up". For our household and for our purposes, it's perfectly adequate. We have dark stone floors in the bathroom; accordingly, you can see every single drop of water on the floor. The Dreame Mop makes them disappear and for me that is an enormous enrichment!

I used to have Rommba machines and also newer models, but the Dreame is a whole new world, it really runs cleanly in straight lines through the flat and not criss-cross. All the positives and things it does better than a Romba are listed above in the previews. My wife and I were really surprised how quiet the robot is, how precisely it moves through the flat and how well it works with the map.
With the technology, it is no longer necessary to distribute stupid little wall parts all over the flat so that it doesn't go where you want. This can all be conveniently entered in the app on the card and you can also tell it to go vacuum the children's room and it then drives directly from the base to the children's room and then goes straight back again.
All in all it is a great help for us, for us it doesn't need any obstacle detection, because we want it to clean everything and not to vacuum around the things we are sorry for being too lazy to clear away and then there is still dirt and dust because we haven't cleared it away. the function doesn't need it. tidy up and keep things tidy and you don't have the problems any more :-) so the flat is always clean and tidy.
it vacuums the children's room and the bedroom in just 7-8 minutes per room.
Our 3.5 room flat has a good 105 square metres.
You have to take your time to create the map and think about where the base station should be located beforehand, otherwise you have to create the map again (mapping).

I have read up a lot on robot vacuum cleaners and am amazed by the Dreame D10 Plus. As we have two cats and this causes a lot of hair, we can now save ourselves a lot of work.
Let's start with the scope of delivery:
A replacement dust container for the suction station is realtively modest - luckily you can buy them cheaply on Aliexpress (15 pcs for 16 CHF). However, one dust container lasts about a month. Cost point just under 1 CHF / month.
Unfortunately, no Swiss cable is supplied.
I had a small problem when setting it up. The mobile phone did not want to connect to the Wi-Fi network of the robot vacuum cleaner. After a short reset, everything worked smoothly. I connected it to the network, set a few settings and off it went on its first journey through the flat. After just under 100 minutes, it had driven through the entire flat. The first cleaning only took 80 minutes. It chose more intelligent routes, which saved time. On the third run, he was faster again - 68min. And since the fourth run, it takes him about a constant 60min for the entire flat (80m2).
The functionality of the app is excellent. Each room can be individually adjusted. How often should the room be vacuumed, with what suction power and, when sweeping, with what water permeability. The order of the rooms and scheduled cleanings can be set in the app.
No-mop zones and no-go zones are also available. Virtual walls can also be drawn. It also goes around these zones very well.
The suction power is great. We let it run through the flat every day when we are not at home. It's no problem with the cats either. If someone is in the way or a door is closed, it simply goes around the object.
The mopping function is rather modest. It pulls more of a damp cloth behind it. That's okay for fine dust.
Overall, I would highly recommend it. Great product for this price!

Very satisfied with this robot. A very competitive price for a high-performance appliance that meets my expectations perfectly.
The delivery was fast, but please note that the power cable is for Germany or France and there is no adapter in the parcel. You'll have to ask the after-sales service for one.
