Great for your own home cinema and living room but Digitc service poor!
Super product. It's really fun to watch a film with it. Very bright! Also great for classrooms or presentations.
However, my product has a lens defect. Digitec didn't know what to do... too badPro

Excellent value for money
This is my first BenQ projector after several brands including Acer for the last two. I am using the projector in place of a standard TV.
I wanted a Full HD model and the offer on digitec.ch for 549.00 came just in time, the bulb on my Acer was reaching the end of its life after more than 8000 hours of good and loyal service (and it still works!).
Easy to fit if you're a bit of a handyman. I cut myself a metal plate, fixed to a small adjustable TV stand (IKEA not to be named), on which I just have to drill the holes corresponding to the projector fixings. Three M4 screws and it's all fixed! Equipped with a 1.5x zoom lens, it is easy to adjust the projection distance.
The only relatively important weak points in my opinion are the details in the dark/black grays (common to DLP projectors) and the somewhat high noise emitted even in eco mode, although this is not dramatic.Pro

beautifully packaged and suitable for everyday use without complaint
quick and easy to set up (autokeystone and relatively large zoom), it has met all expectations so far with its discreet design and quiet fan. highly recommended. oh yes - the remote control is also (red/decently) illuminated (which is always highlighted as a special extra in the competition).
