Good connection, charging the laptop, USB hub and 4K display works
I use the cable for the integrated USB hub of my screen. Charging (my laptop is 65W, the cable supports up to 100W apparently), 4K display and USB hub all work fine.

Good Thunderbolt 3 functionality, mechanically not top of the line
I use two of these cables to connect laptops to a high-quality monitor via Thunderbolt 3. This works well, but the grip of the cable supplied by the monitor manufacturer is on a different level. Specifically, slight pulling can cause the cable to no longer plug in.

Cable works for my 4K monitor with 60Hz.
Whether's actually 40 Gbs hinkriegt I can not judge.
However, I am highly dissatisfied with the delivery times for pickup in Migros (Migros City, Zurich).Good but expensive
