The keycaps are made of ABS, but have held up very well so far.

In the CH layout, this is an ISO key. You can do everything on the keyboard via the FN key, you don't need the software. However, the settings via the software are more convenient.

When you buy this product, you get the keyboard with the CH layout. I am writing this text with the keyboard. The pictures are just wrong...
