Manufacturer Dell describes the XPS series as an "outstanding blend of performance, minimalist design and versatility".

For fans of the XPS laptops from Dell, there is good news: After XPS devices were not available in our shop for some time, they are now back with the latest generation of devices. These are Copilot Plus devices, which are equipped with AI processors from Intel and should therefore perform well in AI applications.

According to Dell, the XPS series focusses on a minimalist product design with high performance. An aluminium casing and Gorilla Glass are features of this series.

The shop offers an XPS 14 and two variants of the XPS 13, which differ slightly in terms of hardware features. An XPS 16 laptop with higher performance will be available in a few weeks.

XPS 13

The XPS 13 models are around 1.5 centimetres thick and 1.2 kilograms light. According to the manufacturer, they are particularly suitable for mobile working. Accordingly, there is no separate graphics card included; instead, the notebooks utilise Intel Arc on-board technology. The 13.4-inch display offers a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels.

The keyboard has a backlight. Four speakers, each with eight watts, are designed to provide surround sound: the XPS 13 supports Dolby Atmos. There is a Thunderbolt 4 port (USB-C) with Power Delivery and Display Port on each side of the device. The device does not have any other connections. You can connect wirelessly via Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, while the fingerprint sensor and facial recognition via Windows Hello allow you to log in without a password.

XPS 14

The XPS 14 is designed to offer a "balanced ratio between performance and mobility". With the Nvidia Geforce RTX 4050, it has its own graphics card on board. The OLED display, realised as a touchscreen with a 14.5-inch screen diagonal, has a resolution of 3200 × 2000 pixels. The device also differs from the XPS 13 in that it has more ports: in addition to three Thunderbolt ports, you also have a micro SDXC card reader and a jack connection for your headphones or microphone.

The laptop weighs 1.8 kilograms and is 1.8 centimetres thick.
